I live in a 2 story townhome in San Francisco that requires climbing stairs to enter it. My grandmother is very old and frail and has arthritis, so I hired Eden Medical Transportation‘s ambulatory services to carry her on the stairs in a stair climbing chair. They did a wonderful job and were very helpful, considerate and friendly.

We had 3 perfect trips with Eden Medical Transportation from the hospital to our hotel after a bad car accident away from home. I called around many different non emergency drivers in the area Eden Medical Transportation had the best price and ease of booking. We easily became friendly with both drivers and enjoyed a safe ride every time. Honestly we were so injured from the accident we were scared to ride in a vehicle again. But they helped us feel at ease right away slow and steady. They actually were willing to wait around for us longer than expected. Also right from the first call they were willing and able to make our reservation. You can trust this company they were there for us when we needed it most. We used them last year but I needed a receipt for records, right away the owner remembered me and spent time being friendly. Rare to find this level of customer service these days. Thanks EDEN!
